Because of the properties of 100% wool we need to be very careful while dyeing. After visiting several local and international dye companies and working on numerouse tryals we finally decides to work with a local dye factory near Amsterdam who can dye the felted fabrics. This factory has got all the imaginary machines to dye almost all different types of fabric. Superb expertise as we concluded.
The process involves producing first the felt in raw white, allowing it to be died in other colors depending on client needs. The color palette can be altered per project to obtain maximum flexibility in colors.
All the requests of the customer can be realised in this flexible process.
We are very happy with the results.
